Our Story
We Sell What We Believe In. Nothing Else.
Gateway Outdoor Living is what happens when lifelong Northern Ontario boaters decide to go all-in on the products they actually use — and stop carrying everything else.
Meet the Owner
Troy Stevens
I'm a lifelong Northern Ontario boater and waterfront enthusiast. I didn't get into this business because I was looking for an opportunity — I got into it because I installed an EZ Dock on my own property and couldn't believe how much better it was than anything else I'd ever used.
The same goes for our Northern Leisure line. When your customers start asking you about hot tubs and saunas, and you've already experienced how they transform life on the water in Northern Ontario, the answer isn't to send them somewhere else.
Every recommendation I make comes from real, first-hand experience. Not a sales script.
The EZ Dock Story
We Started as People Who Love the Water
When we installed EZ Dock on our own property, we weren't thinking about becoming dealers — we were thinking about finally having a dock that didn't rot, didn't wobble, and didn't need to come out every fall.
The EZ Dock system was so much better than anything else we'd used that we stopped carrying other brands entirely. We became Eastern Canada's dedicated EZ Dock dealer not because someone told us to, but because we couldn't in good conscience recommend anything else after living with this product ourselves.
Today we serve customers from Ontario to Newfoundland with 94+ EZ Dock products — residential dock systems, PWC ports, kayak launches, commercial marina installations, government facilities, and industrial work platforms.
Adding Northern Leisure
The Outdoor Living Picture, Complete
The same conviction carried over when we became Northern Leisure dealers. Our customers had waterfront access handled — but they were asking us about hot tubs and saunas. People who spend time on the water in Northern Ontario know that a hot tub or sauna completes the outdoor living picture in a way nothing else does.
We carry Northern Leisure hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs because we stand behind them the same way we stand behind EZ Dock. You won't find us carrying a dozen competing brands and trying to upsell you. You'll find honest advice from people who understand the Northern Ontario climate and the waterfront lifestyle.
From My Family to Yours

We operate across Northern Ontario — North Bay, Nipissing District, Muskoka, Parry Sound, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Timmins, and beyond. For EZ Dock systems, we're Eastern Canada's dealer, serving customers from Ontario all the way to Newfoundland.
