North Bay Knows Cold. So Do We.
We're not a big box store and we're not a southern Ontario dealer who doesn't know what -30°C feels like. We're a Northern Ontario operation. We sell what we'd put in our own backyards, and we stand behind it.
Delivery & Installation
We don't just drop it at the curb. We place it, level it, connect it, and make sure everything is right before we leave.
Climate-Appropriate Products
Every hot tub and sauna we carry is rated for our climate. We won't sell you something that'll cost a fortune to heat.

North Bay Hot Tub Questions
Do you deliver hot tubs to North Bay?
Yes — we deliver and install hot tubs throughout North Bay and the broader Nipissing District. We handle the full process from delivery to setup, including electrical connections (coordinated with your electrician) and water fill.
Do hot tubs work well in North Bay winters?
Absolutely — and a Northern Ontario winter is actually when a hot tub earns its keep most. The key is buying one with the right insulation rating for our climate. We only sell hot tubs we'd put in our own backyard, and we know what holds up when the temperature drops to -30°C.
Do you also carry saunas in North Bay?
Yes. In addition to hot tubs and swim spas, we carry outdoor and indoor saunas through our Northern Leisure product line. Many North Bay customers pair a hot tub with a sauna for the full backyard wellness setup.
How much does a hot tub cost to run in North Bay?
With the right insulation, a properly sized hot tub typically costs between $30–$60 per month to run in Northern Ontario. Energy-efficient models with full foam insulation perform much better in our climate than cheaper alternatives. We can walk you through the operating cost differences between models.
What's the delivery timeline for North Bay?
Typically 2–6 weeks depending on the model and time of year. Spring and early fall are our busiest delivery periods. Contact us early if you want your hot tub before the first cold snap.
