Largest Model8–10 seatsWhat Comes With It
Worth checking line by line against any other quote you're holding. The accessories are usually where two prices that looked the same stop being the same.
The cover
A Nordic locking hard cover, standard on every model. The six Plug & Play tubs also include a thermal winter cover.
The cover lifter
Included. Ask any other dealer whether theirs is — this is routinely a few hundred dollars added after you've agreed on a price.
The matching step
Included, and matched to your cabinet rather than a generic plastic box.
A written warranty
Lifetime Structural on the Premium models. 10-year shell on the Plug & Play line. In writing, with your quote.
Delivery and setup is the one thing quoted separately, because it genuinely depends on how far out you are and what the approach looks like. We'd rather price it honestly than bury it in the sticker price. Bluetooth audio, salt water systems and Wi-Fi modules are available as add-ons on selected models.
Built For Our Winters, Not Shipped North And Hoped For
Plenty of brands say they're made for the cold. The difference shows up on your hydro bill in January and in how the shell holds up after ten freeze-thaw cycles. Here's what's actually in these tubs.
Five layers of insulation
Every Premium model, plus an insulated weathertight base and waste heat recovery. The Plug & Play line is full-foam insulated with a thermal winter cover included as standard.
A heater sized for the job
Stainless steel 5.5 kW on the Premium models, 1.25 kW on the Plug & Play line. Both hold temperature through a cold snap rather than fighting it.
Covers that do the work
A Nordic locking hard cover comes on every model. The six Plug & Play tubs add a thermal winter cover on top of it — because most heat loss goes straight up.
How Delivery, Install and Service Work
- 1
Tell us the site
Model you're considering, where it's going, and how a truck gets to it. Photos help.
- 2
Get a written quote
Tub, included accessories, delivery, and the monthly payment figure if you want financing. Every line visible.
- 3
Prep the base
Pad, gravel or deck. We'll tell you what the filled weight needs, and what your electrician needs to run for a 240V model.
- 4
We deliver and set it up
Placed, connected, filled, balanced and running — and we don't leave until you know how to operate it.
- 5
We're still here after
Watercare, filters, service, and a phone call answered in February. That's the part online ordering can't do.
Where We Deliver
Across Northern Ontario and the Muskoka corridor. Cottage and water-access sites are part of what we do — tell us about the approach and we'll work out the logistics.

Service & Support
We Service What We Sell — That's The Part That Matters In Year Three
Anyone can drop a hot tub in your yard. The question is who you call when a pump gets noisy in January, or the water goes cloudy the week you have family coming. We're a Northern Ontario company — the people who sold it to you are the people who come out to it.
Repairs and diagnostics
Pumps, heaters, controls, jets, leaks. We work on what we sell, so we know these units rather than guessing from a manual.
Water care, in stock
The full Northern Leisure watercare line — sanitizers, balancers, test strips, filters. No ordering online and waiting a week with a cloudy tub.
Opening and closing
Seasonal service, drain and refill, filter changes, and getting a cottage tub shut down properly before freeze-up.
Warranty handled here
If something is covered, we deal with the manufacturer. You shouldn't have to argue a warranty claim yourself — that's our job.
The question worth asking any dealer: who comes out when it stops working in February? If the answer involves a support ticket, a shipping label or a number in another province, that's the real difference between the two quotes you're comparing.
Questions We Get Asked
If yours isn't here, ask us — we'd rather answer it before you buy than after.
The price on this page covers the tub, the Nordic locking hard cover, the cover lifter and the matching step. On top of that you're looking at delivery and setup, which we quote on distance, and — for the 240V Premium models — an electrician to run the circuit. Plug & Play models need no electrical work at all. We put every line in writing before you commit, so the quote you see is the number you pay.
Financing
Low monthly payment financing is available on every model on this page. Rates and terms depend on the amount and your approval, so rather than advertise a number that may not be the one you get, we'll put the exact monthly figure in your written quote alongside the cash price.
Ask For Payment OptionsThe Northern Ontario Hot Tub Buyer's Guide
Sizing, electrical, pad prep, running costs through a Northern Ontario winter, and the questions worth asking any dealer before you buy. No sales pitch — just the things we get asked every week.
Dock And Hot Tub, One Local Owner
We're also Northern Ontario's exclusive EZ Dock dealer, with full after-sale service. If your waterfront needs both, you deal with one person for the whole setup — the dock edge and the backyard — rather than coordinating two suppliers who've never met.
