Every Model, Every Price

No “call for pricing.” These are the real unit prices. Because a swim spa's base, electrical and placement vary so much by property, we quote those separately once we've seen your site — and we'd rather do that properly than quote you a guess.

North Stream Swim Spas — $24,997 to $49,997

An all-season pool and a hot tub in one unit. Swim against a continuous adjustable current, then sit in the hydrotherapy seating afterwards — no turning, no pushing off a wall, no closing it down in September.

What Comes With It

Worth checking line by line against any other quote you're holding. The accessories are usually where two prices that looked the same stop being the same.

The swim current system

Turbo Swim Jets on the 12', the Blade Swim Jet system on the 14' and 16' (three of them on the 16'), and the full continuous current system on the 19'.

Hydrotherapy seating

Spacious seating and massage built in, so it works as a hot tub for the family once the swimming is done.

Premium insulation

Engineered for Canadian climates and dependable year-round operation — the difference between a twelve-month unit and a summer one.

Local commissioning

We deliver, place, connect, fill, balance and test it, and we show you how to run it before we leave.

Not included: the concrete base, the electrical circuit, and delivery and placement — which on a swim spa may involve a crane depending on your access. These vary enough by property that quoting them blind would do you no favours, so we look at the site first. Full written warranty terms come with your quote.

A Pool You Don't Close In September

Up here a conventional pool gives you about ten usable weeks for the money. A swim spa changes the arithmetic entirely — here's how.

Twelve months, not ten weeks

Premium insulation and construction engineered for Canadian climates, so it runs dependably through winter. Swimming laps in the snow is the part people don't expect to enjoy as much as they do.

A swim lane, not a swimming pool

The current does the work. You swim continuously in 12 to 19 feet without turning or pushing off a wall — and you adjust the speed to the swimmer rather than the other way round.

Two things in one footprint

Swim at one end, hydrotherapy seating at the other. The 19' Dual Temperature runs genuinely separate hot and cold zones at the same time.

How Delivery, Install and Service Work

  1. 1

    Talk about the site first

On a swim spa this comes before everything. Access route, gates, slopes, overhead wires, distance from the road.

  2. 2

    Get a written quote

Unit, delivery and placement method, the confirmed electrical requirement, and the base specification.

  3. 3

    Pour the pad

Almost always concrete, properly specified for the filled weight. We give you the numbers before anyone pours.

  4. 4

    Delivery day

Truck or crane as planned, placed, connected, filled and balanced. Planned weeks in advance, not improvised.

  5. 5

    First swim

We set the current, walk you through the controls and the water care, and leave you to it.

Service & Support

The Biggest Thing We Sell Needs The Best Service Behind It

A swim spa has more pumps, more plumbing and more water than anything else in the lineup — and it's a $25,000 to $50,000 purchase you'll own for twenty years. Who services it is not a detail. We're a Northern Ontario company and we come out to it ourselves.

Full mechanical service

Swim jets, circulation and massage pumps, heaters, controls and plumbing. We know these units because we install them.

Water care, in stock

More volume means more to balance. We carry the full watercare line and filters, and we'll set up a routine that fits how you use it.

Seasonal service

Drain and refill, filter changes, and proper winter preparation if you're away or closing up a property.

Warranty handled here

On a purchase this size the warranty process matters. We deal with the manufacturer directly on your behalf.

The question worth asking any dealer: who comes out when it stops working in February? If the answer involves a support ticket, a shipping label or a number in another province, that's the real difference between the two quotes you're comparing.

Questions We Get Asked

If yours isn't here, ask us — we'd rather answer it before you buy than after.

A pool is a hole in the ground you use for three months and close for nine. A swim spa is an insulated above-ground unit you swim in against a current — so you get a full swim in 12 to 19 feet instead of needing 40, and you use it in January. For a Northern Ontario property the maths is very different from southern Ontario, and it usually comes out in the swim spa's favour.

Financing

Low monthly payment financing is available on every model on this page. Rates and terms depend on the amount and your approval, so rather than advertise a number that may not be the one you get, we'll put the exact monthly figure in your written quote alongside the cash price.
