No obligation, and we don't pass your details to anyone else.

Every Model, Every Price

No “call for pricing.” Both numbers are real and both include the chiller as part of the package — the tub on its own would be a bucket. Delivery and setup is quoted separately based on how far out you are.

Cold Plunge Tubs — $8,997 and $14,997

Both run on an industrial-grade chiller heat pump, so there's no ice to buy, haul or wait on. Set the temperature and it holds it.

What Comes With It

Worth checking line by line against any other quote you're holding. The accessories are usually where two prices that looked the same stop being the same.

The chiller

An industrial-grade chiller heat pump, included as part of the package. This is the component that makes the whole thing work.

Wi-Fi control

Set and check the temperature from your phone, with a digital display on the unit. The dual-zone model has two.

An insulated shell

Insulated shell and cabinet — faster cooling, lower running cost, and steadier temperature through a cold snap.

Local setup

Designed for a quick on-site build, and we do it. You get a working tub, not a crate in the driveway.

Not included: the base, the electrical circuit, and delivery and setup, which we quote on distance. Water care products are available and we'll set you up with what you need. Full written warranty terms come with your quote.

The One Product Category Our Winter Makes Easier

Everything else up here fights the cold. A plunge tub uses it. Here's why a chiller-equipped tub makes more sense in Northern Ontario than almost anywhere else.

The chiller does the work

Set a temperature between a mild chill and 5°C (41°F) and it holds it, year round, without a single bag of ice. Both models can also heat to 40°C if you want to swap it around.

Cheaper to run in winter

The insulated shell and cabinet mean the chiller barely has to work when it's cold out. Your running cost goes down in the season everyone assumes it would go up.

A short walk from the sauna

We carry both, so the hot-and-cold setup comes from one supplier who delivers them together and sites them so the walk between the two is a few steps.

How Delivery, Install and Service Work

  1. 1

    Tell us the spot

Where it's going and how close that is to a sauna or back door. Photos of the approach help.

  2. 2

    Get a written quote

Tub, chiller, delivery, and the confirmed electrical requirement for your electrician.

  3. 3

    Prep the base

Level and load-bearing. We tell you what the filled weight needs before you build anything.

  4. 4

    We deliver and commission it

Assembled, connected, filled and chilled down — and we don't leave until it's holding temperature.

  5. 5

    First plunge

We'll walk you through the controls, the water care routine, and how to find a temperature you'll actually stick with.

Service & Support

A Chiller Is A Machine — And Machines Need Someone Local

This is the one product on our shelves with a refrigeration system living outdoors in a Northern Ontario winter. That's exactly why buying it from a local company matters more here than on anything else we sell.

Chiller service

Diagnostics, refrigeration faults, pumps, controls and the digital display. We service the units we sell rather than referring you onward.

Water care, in stock

Cold water is easier than hot, but it still needs managing. We carry what you need and we'll show you the routine.

Seasonal checks

A look over before the deep cold, and shutdown help if you're closing a cottage for the winter.

Warranty handled here

If the chiller needs a covered repair, we handle the manufacturer claim. No support tickets, no shipping a heavy appliance anywhere.

The question worth asking any dealer: who comes out when it stops working in February? If the answer involves a support ticket, a shipping label or a number in another province, that's the real difference between the two quotes you're comparing.

Questions We Get Asked

If yours isn't here, ask us — we'd rather answer it before you buy than after.

No — and that's the whole reason to buy a proper plunge tub rather than filling a stock tank in the driveway. Both models run an industrial-grade chiller heat pump that takes the water down to 5°C (41°F) and holds it there. No ice runs, no waiting, no guessing what temperature you're actually getting.

Financing

Low monthly payment financing is available on every model on this page. Rates and terms depend on the amount and your approval, so rather than advertise a number that may not be the one you get, we'll put the exact monthly figure in your written quote alongside the cash price.
